No. Download the purchase order as a PDF and send it the way you already do.
Where do the expected sales come from?
On Sous-Chef you set each dish's daily sales. With Chef and a connected POS, they update every night from what you sold.
Can I receive part of a delivery?
Yes. Receive what came in; the order stays partially received until the rest arrives.
